With over 15 years of experience in billing, customer service, and systems implementation, Ms. Gordon has worked with multiple companies maintaining billing systems for companies ranging from a handful to dozens of employees. She has worked with integrating new technologies into existing systems and assisting each client as they’ve transitioned to newer, more efficient programs. Ms. Gordon also holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Central Arkansas. After work, Mary is busy taking care of her 11-year-old twins or training for her next half marathon.
